The Transocean Nordic needs to be dry transported. The dry transport shall be done by a semi-submersible available.

For the performance of this dry transport, the Transocean Nordic needs to be wet transported. The wet transport shall be done by tugs available from the float-off location to its drillling position, and then from its drilling position to the float-on location.

Around May 2008, the Transocean Nordic will be loaded in Lat. XX°XX.X′ N/ Long. XXX°XX.X′E in Singapore using the float-on method. After the voyage it will be discharged using the float-off method in Lat. XX°XX.X′ N/ Long. XXX°XX.X′E in Sakhalin.
Around May. 2008, after float-off operation in Sakhalin, the Transocean Nordic needs to be wet transported for about a distance of 500 nautical miles from the discharge location ( Lat. XX°XX.X′ N/ Long. XXX°XX.X′E) to its drilling position ( Lat. XX°XX.X′ N/ Long. XXX°XX.X′E).
The Transocean Nordic must be in its drilling position at latest Mid Jun.2008.

Around Sep.2008., the Transocean Nordic will be loaded in Lat.XXOXX.X’ N/ Long.XXXOXX.X’ E in Sakhalin using the float-on method. After the voyage it will be discharged using the float-off method in Lat. XX°XX.X′ N/ Long. XXX°XX.X′E in Singapore.
